My credit and debit card were stolen on Jan 30, 2019 and the thief went on a shopping spree at this Apple Store purchasing about $4.400 in merchandize the next day. No one at the Apple Store bothered to check his/her ID, or ZIP code or debit card PIN number or check the signature on the back of the card, for making such a considerable purchase with stolen cards. I needed urgent help with my phone and tried to make an appointment to see someone. The guy made the appointment for the wrong day from what he told me. Additionally, they told me that they couldn't fit me and it was just horrible customer service there. Horrible job, Apple. Do better.
Horrible store that won't own up to their own mistakes. Went in yesterday for my iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s batteries to be replaced. Got them back and they came out saying the iPhone 6 had "water damage" and that they couldn't replace the battery. TheiPhone 6s was battery was replaced. Got home and my iPhone 6 screen has an internal pressure crack so it's all blacked out in the lower left. The iPhone 6s is missing the two screws by the lightning port. Worst customer service ever I bought 2 new phone 4 months ago both of them battery doesn't hold charge for more then 7 hours. i got Appointment I came to replace the phones spoke to JESSIE the store manager and he try to give me a refurbished phones I will never spend a penny with apple again.ill sale the phones and find my self android solution.
I’ve called 7 times & was put on hold forever & hung up ! All I need is a new battery for $29.00
I had an appointment for 1:30, ended up waiting in line for 5 min at the door, was told my reservation was almost canceled because I checked in after 1:30 (because I was in line) and then had to wait around another half hour until 2:00 before anyone came to help me. If I wasn’t going to be seen until 2:00 I should have been made a reservation at 2:00 so I didn’t have to leave work for as long. This store tells you that if you are 10 minutes late, you will lose your appointment, yet they can take up to an hour to get to you. I have purchased many apple products in this store. Some of the people are great, however, there are enough bad apples to avoid this location and some of the people are dishonest. It's bad business and the customer is never right. Avoid this store if at all possible. I intend to do so.
