If you're paying cash, go elsewhere. The second I said I wasn't financing with them the whole experience changed. Diego - a manager - flat out lied to me within seconds of sitting down. Said "We don't have access to WI DMV to do title and taxes for you, so you'll have to do that yourself". Total lie, called him out. His next reply was "Well its company policy that cash purchases we don't process tax and title".
