I phoned to setup an appointment to have my carpet cleaned, and the man who answered was rude. I would answer his questions, and then he d ask me again... and when I d give the answer, he d say Sir I m not clairvoyant -- you don t have to be clairvoyant to listen and communicate with a customer! I run my own IT business -- if I talked to my customers like this, I would be broke and living in a cardboard box.
