Unless you're a client they will do nothing to help you. I was visiting the area and my dog became horribly sick. My vet sent a prescription and was willing to speak with them in order to fill the medication that was needed they refused to acknowledge my vet and I was told they were not a dispensary. Heck they wouldn't even let me buy a probiotic from them. So much for them showing any affection towards any animal. I wouldn't go to them ever. I saw their true colors that day
My boy was very sick all weekend. Got him in first thing this morning. IV fluids, xrays and meds to go home on. He went from very heavy breathing and no sleep to normal breathing now and resting comfortably. Great staff. Very compassionate.
