I ordered flowers by phone for a co-worker who suffered a loss of a parent. The service was impeccable. I work for a greenhouse/florist/garden center myself and I generally hate the process of choosing floral arrangements for long-distance gifts to loved ones, because I can get easily frustrated. What happens with OTHER florists, is that often is billed as "guaranteed" same-day delivery, turns out to be days later once you've paid and checked out.
