Terrible. Literally used a lash curling tool and all my lashes got cut off and he couldn’t care less. This place is trash.
If your hours start at 9:30am why aren't you here and open at 9:30am? I drove all the way here because this was the only store that said it opens before 11 on a sunday. Think again if this is why you are patronizing this location. They won't open on time. I will be waiting till 11 for another store now.
Came in here looking for a nice human hair curly wig. The wig attendant wasn’t helpful at all! She scrolled on her phone the whole time. She did pick up the wigs in the places i couldn’t reach but THATS IT!! She claimed you can only try on one but since it wasn’t busy i could try more. They didn’t have the wig i wanted in stock and i didn’t want the display. The other wigs were nice but kind of thin. I went for a half wig because that was the next best thing.
