Great people, wonderful manager!
Not sure what all the bad reviews are here. Been going to this bank for years and never had one problem. Have met all the desk people and all the tellers. They all have been nothing but polite. The only thing I am annoyed about would be the atm not depositing the money immediately so therefore I have to go inside if they are open.
Terrible and rude customer service. Antiquated online system. Stay away Wanted to update my post (I initially had 1 star). Today I went into the branch and the experience was great. The executive assistant (Liliya) was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. My experience with Liliya was 5 star! So I updated my review to 3 star.
