There is a teller here by the name of Magdelina Peygumbari. She is very slow witted, obviously. She is the absolute WORSE teller that this branch has ever had. I mean this girl interrogates you, for just a deposit; imagine doing a cash withdrawal!! Good grief! Why do I need to show ID just to put money in my account? I’ve been going here for quite a while and this girl makes most visits nothing short of a banking nightmare!! My recent visit to this bank was nothing short of a customer service nightmare. I came in with a simple request for a wire transfer, only to be met with utter incompetence and rudeness. The bank manager's (Robin Pennacchio )behavior was appalling. She couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me when I entered her office. Instead, she unceremoniously instructed her colleague to have me wait outside while she attended to my request. The staff in this bank's branch is absolutely incredible! From the branch manager to customer service reps at the desks, to the tellers; they all give superb customer service!! Very professional, knowledgeable of the bank and their products, and courteous, to say the least.
