Very poor services
I have no idea why or how this branch is still in business. The tellers seem to be operating on a timeline that is probably three or four hours behind everybody else. To say that they are slow is an understatement. I only come in here to make a deposit because I have an account at Apple Bank but I regret every time to walk into this branch.
Apple Bank offers banking products online and in the branch. This branch is like stepping back in time to see what banking used to be like with teller stations and not a lot of ATM machines taking over the lobby. Apple Bank only had 1 ATM machine in the 24 Hour Banking section. The bank serves a need and purpose. Many customers were banking with the company for decades.
