Do not go to this bank. They are horrible. My dad died money was left to his kids and they refused to give it to us while we had all the documents. Horrible Horrible. Bank !!!!!
Carlos is wonderful! He’s so patient and explains things in a very respectful manner. It’s a pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend him and this bank which has an “old time” feel. We were so tired of dealing with banks that lacked any kind of personal touch. We’re very happy we gave Apple Bank a try.
