I visited this branch on two separate occasions and experienced subpar customer service both times. Today, I contacted Apple Bank's customer service line to file a complaint. The representative informed me that the complaint would be forwarded to her supervisor—but it didn’t sound promising. On 5/23, I visited the branch to make a deposit and a withdrawal.
