Arrived to get a state inspection and the lady inside said I needed to park in a line. I go to move my car over to this line and another car drives up as Im pulling out of the parking spot, so Im behind this new car. A guy with a crew cut walks over and says the guy who just pulled up in front of me is the last one today, you can come back another time stickers are 8-3. (It was 2:30).
