Arrived to get a state inspection and the lady inside said I needed to park in a line. I go to move my car over to this line and another car drives up as Im pulling out of the parking spot, so Im behind this new car. A guy with a crew cut walks over and says the guy who just pulled up in front of me is the last one today, you can come back another time stickers are 8-3. (It was 2:30). Very rude, no people skills what so ever.
I’ve been a customer of Rays since I’ve been a vehicle owner. I’ve brought every car I’ve had since I was 17 years old to him for motor & bodywork . And I used to get in a lot of fender benders! Mostly now it’s oil changes and work on my exhaust and the yearly sticker . I’ve had three different last names, being married twice, and so he joked that he just calls me Sharon Jeep in his directory because I’m more likely to have a Jeep than have the same last name as the last visit .
