My son's car was involved in an accident and we weren't sure if it was totaled. I called numerous mechanic and body shops I was told by another mechanic who told me to try Apple Auto. I called and spoke to Jim,he was very polite and helpful. He told me to take photos of the damaged car before I had it towed to shop so if he didn't think it was fixable I wouldn't have to pay for a two tows! Jim and his team are thorough. Last summer they replaced the AC compressor in my vehicle and it's still not quite right. But Jim has been phenomenal with continuing to look to find the problem with my car. I truly appreciate the time he takes to make sure the problem is solved.
