Stay far far far away!!! I don't know how they stay in business! I have been without a working dryer since the week of thanksgiving bc they said they needed to order a part!!! Tomorrow is New Years eve, they said they were supposed to come by today but never even called. Of course we called and nobody answers smh...they never ever answer the phone and when they say they will call you back they never do! I am beyond disgusted with this situation! BEWARE doing business with Apple Appliance. They couldn't figure out how to fix our dishwasher and blamed it on "installation error." When the problem persisted, they wouldn't stand by their advice nor guarantee their work. Now the warrantee is expired.
