Very Good Company with Great Service Purchased a Speed Queen After it was suggested to me by the owner and I am glad I did. Better warranty and unit were delivered on time with excellent installation. Had them out one time for service and found out that there was no problem. I would recommend Apple Appliance to family and friends. Great place to do business.

Very unprofessional! If you are wanting to get something repaired quickly, do not use Apple Appliance! If you are expecting good customer service, call someone else. They lack phone etiquette and can not manage their schedules.

Would Not Recommend We had a horrible experience with Apple Appliance. We paid them over $1200 to fix an older Subzero refrigerator and freezer. They never fixed either of them and then when I contacted them, they said I owed another $88 that they had never billed us for (we had never received a bill in the mail at either our Hilton Head address or our out of town address). They sell appliances. That's their motto and that is just what they do. Very helpful with purchases and repairs. They have a large selection and all the newest models. Sometimes it's just nice to buy from a local store instead of a chain, better service. They delivered on time and installed properly.
