Jump through hoops to get a resolution on a case that damaged within a few months, horrible materials they use but charge $50. Can’t get a refund. Customer service is useless as I kept being escalated and waiting awhile for any solution. Android looks better everyday.
There is a Applebee's her in west Allis Wisconsin my wife and I had to wait for thirty. Minutes .last last night the food was Cold . people where walking out.
Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. I recently bought a $2k computer from these guys as well as two Apple watches in the past month. Currently I own three iPads and airbuds pro. So I am definitely a frequent customer. They are disorganized and their customer care team is horrendous. Unfortunately I did not discover this until today. I called to speak to their customer care team and they were unhelpful and rude.
