This company is absolutely a joke . I audition, received a call back to be in Hargerstown,MD , but see when u get the call back what they don’t tell you is that once you go to the call back they bring out pamphlets with a price for this competition that they would say you will be in from of many agency that could possibly pick you up, long story short I paid this company $500.00 of my hard earn money , paid the deposit for the competition, so I was unable to attend , so I sent this company a email / reach out to Kim and her... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This is all a scam. They tell you that you are entitled to a refund and then change the wording around so that you receive the smallest dollar amount. Then the photographer session is completely bogus. Showed up to the hotel and the hotel staff turned my family and multiple families away stating there were no scheduled sessions, room sales, etc related to the photo shoot. When trying to communicate with Applause, they give you the run around.

I attend on 10/21/2011 the audition held in Utica NY. Brooks Smith was the person giving the auditions. She had called and left a message that if I was to attend then call or text a message to this number. 440-476-0274 This is a wrong number and the person who was receiving these phone calls and text was very upset. She wasn't very pleasant.
