We wish there were more Mechanics like Appin Automotive. We had broken down, and had lost all our coolant. NRMA wouldn’t help us, apparently their road service people do not carry stuff like coolant any more, and would not bring us some. Their option was a tow…with a caravan attached as well. After being messed around by another mechanic for almost four months with delays, excuses about “waiting for parts,” and poor communication, we decided to take our car to Appin Automotive. They ordered the sensor, had it arrive within a week, and installed and ready to go the day it was dropped to the shop. Their communication was clear, and the service was honest and professional.
