I have had several jewelry repairs done at this location. The repair service is beyond exemplary, usually done by goldsmith Thai. His work & talent is outstanding! But in addition to the stellar repair service, one has to acknowledge the amazing staff that greets you upon arriving! Super friendly, professional, cordial and very accommodating! I came into the Regent location just to get an idea of what engagement ring to buy, and Yvonne helped me from start to finish narrowing down exactly what I wanted. I ordered the ring and diamond, picked it up a couple of weeks later, and everything looked perfect. A couple of months after that I proposed, and the ring looked absolutely beautiful—thank you, Yvonne!
Excellent service, Yadi is awesome to deal with, very attentive & customer service was exceptional! Ty (?) the jewelry repair person, did an amazing job with my ring & bracelet, very happy with the results! He's worked on other jewelry of mine in the past & has always done a great job, attention to detail, second to none!
We have had SUCH a great experience with Appelts on Regent. Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, they get to know you as a client and make the engagement/wedding ring process a breeze. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
