Yadi was the best person in helping my fiancée and I find an engagement ring. She was very kind, passionate and had a good sense of humour. Yadi also went the extra mile in ordering our ring in short notice so we can have it before our trip. She made this such a pleasant experience that we will always remember. My experience at Appelts with Yadi was very memorable. My fiancé and I visited the Regent location with the intention of just looking for an engagement ring. Yadi was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I ended up finding the perfect ring that same day. My partner and I were hoping to have the ring resized in time for our trip and Yadi did her absolute best in having the ring ready just in time!
