We worked with Yadi, and she was awesome. We needed something special for a wedding band, and it needed to custom so that it worked with the engagement ring. Yadi got us exactly what we asked for and the wedding band looks amazing! Thank you!
Yvonne was patient, kind , helpful, pleasant to work with, and showed us a great selection to choose from. She kept us informed of the status of our rings and we were very happy with the end result. She was awesome and I'd highly recommend her for your needs!
The best experience. Spoke with Yadi over the phone and came in that same day and got my wedding band. I told my friend about the experience since she recommended this location and she said I must’ve had Yadi! Will recommend Yadi and this store to anyone looking for rings, such a great experience.
We dealt with Liz throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier with the service and the ring itself. She was very knowledgeable and made things easy for us to understand and actually listened to what we wanted unlike a few other places. Liz, along with the rest of the staff made us feel special throughout the process and made sure we got a special engagement ring we loved under budget. I've been to Appelts for a few jewelry items now and will not hesitate to go back!
