Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at the regent location. We found them extremely pushy (didn’t even ask us our price range) and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Put us off from shopping for a bit. Decided to go to the Kenaston location instead and the service was night and day. Even the price difference was pretty drastic and we noticed regent was telling us if we bought a specific ring they would throw in another if we paid today but when we went to the kenaston location we learnt that the price of that exact ... read more
