Went in for a necklace repair, Josh was very friendly and helped me out right away. Definitely coming back!
Sent my sister to get my necklace repaired, she left it there to get fixed. She picked it up and brought it back to me. I found another broken link in a completely different spot. I went back to appelts and they wanted to charge more for it but can’t prove that it was there to begin with, as they took pictures prior to the original repair. Business slow?
