A month ago, my partner and I went into Appelt's hoping to find wedding bands. It was the first place we went to and when comparing customer service experiences to places we visited afterwards, Appelt's set the bar extremely high. The staff immediately greeted us at the door to offer us beverages and assistance without being too overwhelming. Tania is amazing! She helped my fiancée pick out the perfect ring for me. She was helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and very kind. Choosing Appelt’s was a no brainer! Will be going back for wedding bands.

I went to check the discounted jewelries and one of the employee, name Cecille approached me with an approachable attitude and a nice smile even though I dressed a bit shabby. She showed me all the discounted jewelries and let me tried on. She was helping me to decide which one I should pick. I got a ring and I am so happy with it even though it need sizing. I recommended Cecille to my friends because of her positive attitude.
