I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your Ness location. Prior to my visit, I inquired about selling my rings and the associate replied clearly stating that you “buy back all types of jewellery and would be happy to break down the process”. However, when I went to the store, the associate told me that you do not buy rings and even suggested that I sell them on Marketplace or at a pawnshop instead. This is completely unacceptable.
