I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your Ness location. Prior to my visit, I inquired about selling my rings and the associate replied clearly stating that you “buy back all types of jewellery and would be happy to break down the process”. However, when I went to the store, the associate told me that you do not buy rings and even suggested that I sell them on Marketplace or at a pawnshop instead. This is completely unacceptable. Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband wanted to update my original engagement ring to a larger diamond for our 10th wedding anniversary. Josh found us the perfect stone and completely understood what I wanted for the setting. I was amazed at the wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail! Applet’s is now our new jeweller!
