Can you tell me when the parking system at 1 Centrepointe Dr, in Ottawa, Ontario will be working reliably? I tried to use the lot today and the credit card reader was not able to read my card. Please consider providing a reliable alternative system such as paper tickets for such situations as well as for those who prefer not to use a credit card for parking.
