I just had the most humorous, pleasant interaction with the gentleman who answered the phone, booked my chairs [at a price that was A LOT less than I was expecting!!!] & completely worked with my schedule for pick-up & drop-off. He was frank and honest in what he could & couldn't do for me [which I appreciate SO much more than having the Sales guy tell me what I want to hear & then unable to come through...] and was VERY friendly to work with!
