This place is unbelievable, worst customer service I have ever dealt with, arrogant and sassy. I have caught them at least 3 times on my cell phone camera not giving me the full wash I have a prepaid account for. When I approached the owner (I assume) he got mad and said he was cancelling my membership. which he did. I wonder how many others he is doing this to. I would like ti find the proper authorities to report this too.
