Dealing with this place has been a huge nightmare. I did not pay my deductible but I did not save anything when my car was not done correctly and I still have to go somewhere and pay more money for it to be fixed! Worst decision ever dealing with these people! Still things are incomplete that they were payed for and I just gave up because I can never get the owner to be about his word!!
Leo and his son were upmost professionals in their craft.Very personable, on time and hell of a decent price for my father's 2012 Cadillac! This is a first review I've ever written and pleased with the overall care of the Caddy and me.
A Big shout out to Appearance Collision, a local body shop in Rsvl. My daughters Blazer was rear-ended and initially extra work went undetected by the insurance estimator. Leo the owner worked with the Ins. Company and in a short period of time the work got started. Dustin jumped on the body and paint and in no time at all, her Blazer looked like new again ! Friendly, courteous but most importantly the finished product was Awesome. Thanks guys Great work ! TJ
