I followed my hairdresser Wendy from Tangles when she moved over to appearance by design. She is awesome. I have fairly long hair and she weaves in two colors for me and gives a great cut. The salon isn't all that fancy but its clean and spacious. I'm sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience with Amber. I'd give Wendy a shot!
I went to Amber because I had a Seize the Deal for a cut and color-- and once she knew that, she did her best to minimize the service I was provided. She was friendly enough, but didn't want to do processes that took a long time-- I suppose she assumed she wasn't going to get her 'money's worth' out of me, although I came prepared to tip well.
