I always come here for my cell phone fix needs. Ron and the others are knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with every single time. I was so glad to get my screen wrapped here with the thick plastic (there use to be a cart that do specifically just that, non existent now). I prefer this than the glass versions you stick on yourself, which cracks and needs replacing often. Today, Ron helped me get through an old phone which I forgot the passcode to. 1 Star - Poor Communication and Service Quality - PS5 repair only I had a disappointing experience with PS5 repair service at this location. When I initially dropped off my console, I specifically asked if they could repair motherboard issues, and was assured they could handle it. I notified them it's not the power supply. The communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told "I'll call you back in 20 minutes" or "I'll call you in 2 hours," but these callbacks never materialized. Highly recommend! Very smooth & easy - I had an iPhone with a broken screen and an iPod Touch with water damage. I handed them both off, came back about 30 minutes later, and the owner had fixed the iPhone and tested the iPod, and let me know it was too damaged to fix. No charge for the testing, reasonable price for the broken screen. Quick, easy, well-done. Great!
