I have to say that Appatek Industries is one of the main reasons that our chemical business runs so well. They're always prompt with our orders and and are so friendly and professional. The owner himself delivers our products personally at least once or twice a week. He could not be a nicer guy and always a constant professional. I highly recommend Appatek industries to any retailer who uses their products.
Dishonest and misleading. They will act nice to your face, and be passive aggressive behind the scenes. I had a CS issue with them, and they handled it poorly, even though I gave them the grace to make it right, as well as feedback to help them. Owner is a nice guy, but seems to let another guy run the business and make poor decisions. Owner needs to be sure this person is being ethical in his decisions and not hindering his business by spinning the truth.
