I have been living in this building about a year and half. During this period everything has run smoothly; amenities, maintenance, and communication. The office staff has always been respectful and supportive. The same as all old and multi-unit dwellings, last month, there was a serious problem in plumbing system of the building which caused damages to some units including mine. I really like this building. I’ve been living here for about three years, and the building management is excellent. The office staff — Artur, Brankica, and Zoriana — are very helpful, understanding, and respectful. The building has a pool, a gym, a laundry room, and an indoor parking garage. The sound and heat insulation is great, especially during the winter, and the residents are very respectful as well. I definitely recommend living here.
