1-star review. I'm extremely disappointed with both the soundproofing issues and management's unresponsiveness at this property. I have serious noise problems with neighboring units, specifically with late-night gaming and shouting that consistently disrupts my sleep. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with my neighbor and through proper channels (emails and calls to management), I've received zero response from the property management team.
