Très déçu par Corev Condo. Malgré des charges de copropriété élevées, la qualité des services est quasiment inexistante. Au 10150 boulevard Saint-Laurent, le ménage des espaces communs est bâclé, les couloirs sentent régulièrement mauvais, et les demandes de réparation restent sans réponse pendant des mois. Un manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme difficilement acceptable.

We lived at the 10150 saint Laurent - and honestly our experience with them was excellent at that building. They use payquad and any maintenance requests you submit are usually actioned within that day if not, the following day. The concierge lives in the building and is super responsive and nice. We never had any problems with them.
To be honest, even 1 star is more than these people deserve. Literally the worst management we ever had in our building. Extremely rude, zero customer service and the most unpolite human beings probably alive! They have zero strategy when it comes to sending mails. All their communications with the tenants are absolutely rude and with no clear strategy. They also do not respond to calls, mails or any sort of communication. The worst management company that exists and stay away from any of their buildings. You can find better for the price. Elevator breaks down multiple times a week and they never fix it correctly. They use payquad to so tenants can create tickets for anything that needs repairing but they never fix anything. It’s really only used so you pay your rent.
