Company refuses to support the Apparent inverter I own by not allowing me to use their software to monitor the energy produced thus making the inverter worthless. Very nasty customer service especially their engineering tech support. I do not recommend this company based upon my customer service experience. Oh, by the way, i'm still pissed four years later. Nobody from the compNy never bothered to call me to find a solution. Rgis company is not customer focused. They sell you on their "cutring-edge tech" but wash their hands... read more
