Company refuses to support the Apparent inverter I own by not allowing me to use their software to monitor the energy produced thus making the inverter worthless. Very nasty customer service especially their engineering tech support. I do not recommend this company based upon my customer service experience.
Wonderful to work with! People that believe in sustainability not just making a buck.
