Few things went wrong in the beginning but they made sure it was fixed and we were happy. I recommend this company because they are honest and friendly and I will personally hire them for my future projects.
They were so knowledgeable and professional. Matt who was especially wonderful and meticulous. We had some stubborn stains caused by an unfortunate incident and they were able to remove them! Apparent Carpet Cleaning & Attic Insulation Co is always professional, courteous, efficient, thorough and careful with our furnishings. Recently, I spilled shoe polish on brand new, very light colored carpet (wife was not happy). Called them and they arrived within a few hours. The crew cleaned the spill and the entire room! Excellent! Highly recommend it!

Tom was very personable and was very knowledgeable in his trade. He completed our carpet cleaning efficiently and gave us a superior final product. He gave us great info on how to care for our carpet better in the future, as well as the right timeline for putting things back on our carpet. Our carpet looks clean and fresh.
