Called for appointment said there was ONE but because I couldn't make last APPOINTMENTS because CAR PROBLEMS, LADY WAS BEING VERY RUDE AND SAID OH APPOINTMENT IS NOW TAKEN, WHAT I WAS MAKING APPOINTMENT ON THE PHONE THAT MINUTE, SO RUDE ALL MY CAT NEEDS IS TO BE CHECKED FOR A UTI, YES I MISSED APPOINTMENTS, BUT WEATHER CONDITIONS, I WASNT ABLE TO START MY CAR, I CANT BELIEVE THIS AND I REALLY LIKED THAT PLACE, I CANT BELIEVE SHE DID THIS TO NOT JUST ME, BUT MY CAT THANKS APPANASHA
