Great ban, the purple squirrel and I believe our waitress was Deanna? But she was really nice, friendly, and always checked on us:) thank you! I will go back! Oh and our food came really really fast!
RecommendedI love the staff and the place/ atmosphere. Although the menu is not very vegetarian friendly.
Overall pretty good experience. Some patrons seemed really judgemental during lunch but that is not the restaurant's fault. French dip was too much bread and not enough meat. Just a suggestion.
You can tell a lot about a business establishment by the people who own it. The owners of Appaloosa Grill are wonderful people who support our community and have sponsored the Art from Ashes holiday party every year for seven years. In addition to that, there's amazing food, great music, and a wonderful atmosphere.
Every single time someone visits from out of town, I bring them to Appaloosa Grill. The best staff around, amazing food and top notch drinks on tap and the shelf.
Very often the the thought crosses my mind: I wish I were sitting at that old 1800's bar at the Appaloosa Grill, shooting the shit with the best staff in the world, watching the bustle of 16th Street Mall, imbibing in a Denver Pale Ale and a whisky. When that is happening, all is right with the world.

It's good. Not absolutely amazing but very good. I've had better. Even if it's only slightly It'd be dishonest to give it five stars when I've had better. Don't let that stop you from going here.
Food was unique, inventive, and very flavorful! We visited from out of town and will definitely be back!
