Bison ribeye is life!!!!
We are visiting from Texas, and had dinner here last night. Excellent!!! I had the pan seared chicken breast, mashed potatoes, and tri color carrots. Delicious! The appetizers and cocktails were so good! The staff was wonderful, attentive, and offered great menu suggestions!
Our waitress was pretty rude. My friends and I were on vacation from Chicago when we decided to go to Appaloosa for some drinks and food on the Fourth of July. Looking like a young group of kids, we felt as though our waitress was not only treating us in a condescending manner, but treated us with distrust as she came over and asked for a card before we even received our checks stating it was her managers “policy.” However there was a couple sitting next to us and not once were they asked to provide a card prior to the check... read more

Excellent food (Elk burger) and cold beer. Service was excellent; Lucas and Ms.D. Definitely worth going if in the area!
Appaloosa always has excellent service, food, and entertainment. It is our go to when we are downtown. We love the atmosphere and vibe.
An accidental find, this turned out to be the most amazing food I have had in a long time. Truly a culinary treat if you are looking for an authentic non-chain restaurant with amazing food and great service, stop in here. Kyle, our waiter, was fantastic and genuinely made our visit even better with his personal recommendations. The next time I’m in Denver this will be my first stop!!
