This clinic is a blessing in Rogersville. I have struggled with an autoimmune disorder (psoriatic arthritis) and the only options available to me were to live in pain, or to have invasive medications that caused other side effects. The facility is cute as can be, sparkling clean, the staff is friendly, and Jessica listens, cares, and best of all, she helps. A+ and two high snaps in a circle.

I had the soft wave treatment on my shoulder. I have suffered from pain and limited movement since November 2025 and was diagnosed with impingement syndrome by an orthopedist in January 2026 and surgery was recommended. When Jess offered the Soft Wave treatment in April I thought I’d try it first before surgery. After only five treatments I am pain free!! It is amazing. I thought I was going to have to live with Plantar Fasciitis for the rest of my life. I had battled with it for 6 months and had taken steroids along with physical therapy but nothing seemed to help.
