Lied about being open. Called them twice the day before to make sure I’d be able to get my vehicle the same day I took it in and no response. When I arrived for my appointment there was a sign on the door saying closed go to another location. The other location did not fulfill my appointment. One of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve experienced in a long time.
Reminds me of hilltop oil change with how fast they are. 10/19 recommend and will be my new spot to get simple service routinely. I would suggest making it your spot also before to many people catch on lol
I am very pleased with the consistent and great customer service at Mr. Tire in Athens, Ohio. I have been a customer there since 2022 when I bought my first replacement tires and they were able to answer more detailed questions when I came in with 3 different tires I was researching for the type of driving that I do. And no, they did not recommened the more expensive ones of the three. Then again again when I needed brake work done last year after a different shop was adding work that was not needed, and again this past week... read more
