Do not take your Tesla or other EV here. After changing my tires, I lost all cruise control, traction control, regenerative braking and emergency braking. My alignment is also off by 15° or so. When I asked, I was told 'we didn't break your car!'. I trusted them, left, and now have to get the car serviced by the dealer. An abysmal experience.
The new management there is really great. They exceeded my expectations. You really have a great team that works at Mr. Tire on West Union. I will use them for a long time to come.
Randy and his crew provide outstanding customer service!! They are reliable, fair, and perform quality work on my car. I will keep going back for any service my car requires!
DO NOT GO HERE. Made an appointment, get to the store and they are closed. You’re calling a call center and they don’t even know the hours of the store. They then send me to another store on e state (tire choice) and say they will get me in right away. False, 2-3 hour wait they say because the call center doesn’t actually know anything. Also told me it would be $34.99 to mount and balance my tires. They leave out the fact it’s $34.99 to mount and $34.99 to balance each tire! So it’s $70 to mount and balance, each tire.
