I was traveling to an unfamiliar rural area, moving my daughter into a dorm at a new school, when my tire blew out. The guys at Mr. Tire were able to quickly repair my tire & I was back in the road in less than an hour. Shout out to Mike & Steve at store #1516 in Athen, OH for providing excellent customer service!
We are in the process of having our car repaired at Mr. Tire in Athens, and we are very happy with their service. Randy, the store manager, as well as the group of mechanics who work there have been extremely helpful and nice. They provide excellent customer service filled with empathy, transparency, and knowledge. Mr. Tire has just become our go to auto service place forever.
Had an appointment for Sunday. Arrived and there was a hand written note that they will be closed Sat/Sundays until further notice. Yet they still booked my appointment. Went back Monday for my oil change. Asked twice (when I arrived and when they called me to tell me my car was done) to rotate my tires (which is a free, guaranteed service).
