I've used this company twice over the last few years and am very impressed. Last week with temps in the high 80s and low 90s my ac stopped working. I phone them late afternoon and they were here next day. Unfortunately the problem was with the blower motor on my gas furnace not my AC so it had to be ordered. I've always had many problems with this bunch of people over the years. They're not reliable, nor honest. Most of the time other workers have to be called to assist the ones on scene and they rig it up to work for a short time period. This time they were called out on June 13, 2025 and they sent a worker near quitting time. Worker said it's the fan motor and said he would call Monday to see if we wanted to order the part. Over in Whitesburg, replaced a 50 year old GE Weathertron on a two story house. Got sized for two heat pumps, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They had excellent craftsmanship building out all the new ductwork and ensuring both floors were well isolated from one another. They listened carefully to my requests for outdoor unit placement and made everything look better than I thought it could’ve. They have been extremely responsive to my questions and definitely care that the job is done correctly.

Harold and his crew are Great! We have been with them for 19 years now and their customer service is amazing. We were recently flooded and both of our heat pumps were damaged and needed replacing. We purchased these Trane units in 2006, and if not for the flood, they would still be operating perfectly. In that period of time, we only had a few service calls on these units and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. These guys are Great! We have been with them for almost 20 years now and their service is amazing. Just had a small problem with our AC and I called on a Sunday morning to leave a message. To my surprise Darrell answered and within a couple of hours he came out and fixed it. They are top notch at taking care of their customers. Five Stars from us *****
