In Whitesburg, we replaced a 50-year-old GE Weathertron on a two-story home with two new heat pumps—one per floor. The crew did excellent work on the new duct system, keeping each floor well isolated and making sure the outdoor units were neatly installed. They were responsive, professional, and clearly cared about quality. That said, the system required significant optimization afterward.
