They have a wonderful staff team. In the past they have helped me so much. I'm an addict in recovery and they have always been there for me. Even when I slipped up, they were right there supporting me when I came back. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of help. If I ever need help I know where to go. Appalachian Recovery Team is by far one of the best facilities in North Carolina and the entire East Coast. The staff builds genuine relationships with those they treat. They provide the client with a foundation of skills and mental tools enabling them to move on from their care and live a life of happiness and meaning.
