Great workmanship, well considered and ethical inspections (they didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need), and the crew was very professional. They replaced a foundation wall, installed drainage for it, installed a foundation containment system, and reparged a few other walls in the basement. Removed and restored fencing, and laid down straw and seed afterward. They even took care to reconstruct a little patio I have after installing the drainage for the foundation wall. 10/10, would recommend. 👍👍
Appalachian Foundation Services has been fantastic from start to finish. They have had been extremely communicative, the most professional, and display impeccable craftsmanship. Ryan the salesperson was very knowledgeable, giving us a very detailed plan and estimate that they kept to. Wyatt, Malachi, and Jimmy kept us up to date and did a great job with the work. Excellent service provided from start to finish. The guys arrived on time each day, communicated often and were very thorough. The job consisted of installing French drains around the perimeter of the house and we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend AFS.
Hunter with Appalachian Foundation Services is top notch. They pride themselves on professionalism and they can be trusted to do just as they say. They have done numerous jobs for us and we cannot recommend them enough.
Hunter and his crew were amazing to work with. There was a horizontal crack in the foundation on our new (but very old) house, and Hunter came out promptly to give us an assessment of the damage and an estimate on the repairs. He and his crew were timely, communicative, and super professional. They answered all of our questions and addressed all our concerns! Would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work!
