On time, excellent communication, went out of their way to accommodate my schedule , no sales pitch which I appreciated, rep actually listened to my concerns . Very customer friendly approach to pricing . Addressed the big picture - both inside and outside .
Appalachian Foundation was a pleasure to work with since day one. They installed 9 helical tiebacks, waterproofed my foundation wall, added a whole-house drainage system, backfilled, and leveled the extracted soil where I wanted it. Appalachian Foundation installed a long drain curtain in my backyard as well as buried my downspouts. Everything from the sales process to scheduling to performing the work was seamless and pain free.
