I'm writing this review, not having any work done yet by this company. However, the amount of time that I am getting on the phone by Grace is remarkable. I am in the process of purchasing a home, and this company is going to come out and look at the foundation issues. Grace spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining the process. Appalachian Foundation in Roanoke VA is transparently honest!! There is no discrepancy! If you are buyer, seller, agent ...Grace and crew at Appalachian Foundation tell the facts. Not what someone pay them to state for their individual monetary reward. Nice to find honesty still in America. They saved us from buying a "sick" home. A band aid does not fix problem. Only covers existing growing death molds. Please question all in any home and have Appalachian Foundation look for you. Will save you and and your family.
So very grateful for their services. We had tree fall across our patio/garage. Our house was built in 1939. Appalachian Foundation Services did exactly what they said they would do to fix and restore it. Beautiful job, we are happy and satisfied with their work. Very timely and responsive. Thank you!

We highly recommend this company. The work crew showed up on time, every day, they were friendly and polite and most of all, they did a great job on the repairs. They cleaned up when they were finished. We are very happy that we chose this company, they are a pleasure to work with !
