Worst company they charge 600 to 700 a month in electric bill and every time the wind blows the power goes out and off any where from 12 hours to 4 or 5 days . I have nothing against workers but let me say this is the worst company ever!!!! I truly wish we had another electric company in wv because it's insane how much the company wants to charge ridiculous prices especially when most people barely use it including us. Some how we've went from 280 which never goes up or past to now in God's name 500 some dollars. Remove this monopoly, they’re charging everyone 600-700 dollars this month alone in electric… this is insanity, can’t wait until new companies arise and you’re boycotted.
These people consistently have power outages to the community and charge excessive. Terrible company and I truly wish nothing but the worst for them
