My god. Worst plumbing company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m a General Contractor and have been for several years and I’m in the process of doing a new construction build for a customer. I called APC 3 months in advance in hopes of when we were ready that they would start. I couldn’t even get them to call the health department until I paid a deposit. Came out and fixed our main water line in the snow, when no one else wood! Nicest group of guys that do great work!!! I highly recommend. I would give 6 stars if I could!

My pipes froze, 3 days later they thawed and must have cracked my water heater. My wife called Appalachian at 5pm someone was here by 6pm and just left to get water heater and coming back to install. I thanked the gentleman who is here and told him he was awesome and he said we like to take care of our customers. I've never used them before but super impressed already.
