Unbelievable that any place this unprofessional is in business. You have front office personnel treating the space like it's a buffet line. Seriously people, eat on your own break times and not in view of the patients. Patients don't want to see gross eating habits akin to cows chewing cud. Next comes the assistants. Don't know their names (one has bobbed hair with protruding eyes and the other has salt and pepper 80's sausage roll hair). Dr Phillips is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to explain everything and to answer all questions I have. He and all of the staff are very friendly. I'm so blessed to have him for my doctor. I highly recommend him.
My experience with Dr. Mann and the staff was outstanding. My recovery for a hip replacement was unexpectedly fast and better than I would have ever expected. I am looking forward to having my second hip replacement tomorrow. All of my office appointments were on time and the staff is caring,professional and always in a good mood. All, I can do is refer Dr.Mann to anyone needing a hip replacement.
Dr Phillips and staff are the best in my opinion! They are professional, kind, and top notch in their field, I feel very fortunate to be in their care.
