To be fair I want to make it clear that this review is NOT about professional services but rather the management of the Kingsport office. To me it is unacceptable to have a women’s exam with a long term provider changed without consent. I understand that professionals have emergencies and cannot make it to work but I take issue when my appointment is switched to another provider without my knowledge. I love it, No problems, Ever
the nurses here treat you awful, making rude jokes and they do NOT take concerns seriously. my entire visit was treated as a joke, i ended up changing providers at my second ultrasound appointment (first being here) they told me a cyst i had wasn’t bleeding anymore. state of franklin NEVER told me their was a bleed. this whole office is ran like a middle school.
My wife almost passed out due to medical negligence, i do not recommend going here, go some place where the nurses won’t make fun of you or leave you feeling dizzy and dehydrated. an awful environment. Seasons in kingsport treats my wife with respect and listens to her concerns
During my visit, I began to feel extremely unwell and lightheaded, to the point that I nearly passed out. Despite clearly communicating my symptoms, I was not taken seriously or given the attention that was necessary in that moment. I was left feeling unsafe and ignored. What made the experience even more upsetting was the behavior of the staff.
