I had a couple of pleasant experiences there, but the last time I took my bike there, they charged me $300 for an oil leak they didn’t fix, didn’t check valve clearance like I had asked, and rushed my bike out of there without retuning the carbs or anything. So now my bike can’t be ridden, still leaks oil, and everytime I reach out to get it fixed, they are at full capacity. I have been more than reasonable with waiting, but enough is enough. Big shout of thanks! Over the top service and expertise are two stand-out characteristics of Appalachian Mountain Rides. From out of town, we had a MC emergency and they stepped up, trouble-shot the problem and got us up and running. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you — and hope the Chinese dinner was great :).
