i just off handed choose "Appalachian Mountain & Lake Properties, LLC" to sell our mountain home. we have hired several real estate agencies (purchase and sell in ga. & n.c. in the spruce pine and mt. mitchell area) through the years and most were good, but sandra daley is excellent. sandra is very personable and goes that extra mile e.g. recommended service professionals (contractors, plumbers, painters etc.), Sandra personally cleaned up the front deck of broken glass from our storm door (bad weather) and made recommendati... read more

Upon deciding to move to Murphy NC from Bradenton Fl I started looking for a local agent familiar with the area. I was also looking for someone that could lend a personal touch, Sandra Daley was that person. We worked on my first transaction without a hitch and just finished number 4. If you want someone who will give you the attention you need as well as being knowledgeable from showing to closing, look no further. A one woman show without the clutter of a large company.

We met Sandra several years ago while looking to rent a home. It was the best experience!! Sandra is professional with a personal touch. She assisted us in finding the most perfect home possible!! Since living here she has replaced the dishwasher, washer and drier. It took her two days to replace the washer this week, I called on Thurday and Lowe's delivered this afternoon. We will be purchasing a home in the future and will not deal with anyone but Sandra Daley. Mark and Trisha Garren.

It was a pleasure working with Ms. Daley. She listed my cabin for me and kept me in the loop each time she would show the cabin. She was proactive and if I had a question, she was quick to respond. Ms. Daley was also essential when helping with the closing process. I highly recommend her.
