The worst place to go , very rude, they don’t care about your health, it’s so bad, they don’t care if you die
I had severe ear pain and fever, this is a small town, with no other doctors, and they wouldn't take me serious enough to actually help me. I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option. They're rude, not friendly, and don't care about your health. If you have anywhere else to go, please I recommend going elsewhere. You'd be better off seeing a witch doctor, or a snake oils salesman
I am very thankful you are in this area to care for us in such a timely manner when we need you. My kids love to see Kristen Shuler and her nurse Catrina Buchanan. They are professional and very thorough and help ease their nerves.
I have been a patient for many years and have been satisfied with the care I received. The last time I called to ask for an order for new prosthetic supplies I was on hold for over 20 minutes. After two weeks I called my prosthetic supplier to confirm receipt of my order and they had received nothing. I called again and held for over 30 minutes and was told I was next in line. No one ever answered the phone. I understand they had a new phone system installed but for the patient it is most exasperating and is certainly worse ... read more
