Check in staff for dentist is the rudest ever. This is the 1st for my daughter and my last. I will find another dentist just so I never have to deal with check in again. And the fake security guard out front holding down the bench with her book and tall boy tea. Is really disheartening.
displeased with the phone system I hate it I wish it would change I hate waiting almost 30 minutes to get too someone as well
Love this medical staff never had a bad visit not one. They listen and most importantly they care ! I go to Ashley Crowder nurse practitioner she is awesome so is Laura Dockery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They almost never answer the phone and when they do, I hope you aren’t unfortunate enough to reach dawn in office. She is very rude. I had an unpleasant phone call with her, and while sitting in the waiting room I heard her have several phone calls with other patients where she was rude for no reason. It was super uncomfortable to hear how she was speaking to patients, with a full waiting room to hear it all. Very unprofessional. The drs are great most of the time though. Friendly. They will listen to you.
These people dont care. No followup done by doctors. Dawn in the office is so rude and needs to find a different line of work!
