Also a veteran customer that completely agrees with "change for the worse". They should have upgraded their front office staff, when they upgraded to their current location. Back Of House staff is the complete opposite kind, caring, and authentic.
Don't come here if u want a Dr. Or staff member to treat u like a human being. I don't get my medicine in a timely matter which is a concern to most places, not here. Once u get past the robot your call will remain the same # in line for hours yet everyone is always on a computer you'll be lucky to make eye contact with in 5 min of being in line
I've been going to this facility since they were located in the hospital. Since they changed to the new building, everything has changed for the worse. The staff is no longer friendly and I've heard them be rude to other people checking in. They blamed a couple for an appointment mix up. There's no down home feeling any more. One time I was put in a room waiting for an appointment and was left there for an hour... No one checked on me. Ended up leaving without being seen. There is no Dr on staff just PA's. Check in staff for dentist is the rudest ever. This is the 1st for my daughter and my last. I will find another dentist just so I never have to deal with check in again. And the fake security guard out front holding down the bench with her book and tall boy tea. Is really disheartening.
displeased with the phone system I hate it I wish it would change I hate waiting almost 30 minutes to get too someone as well
