Talked to James Williams on Friday, he said he was busy with school duties, but could show me a house he had listed on Saturday. I called and left message, texted for an appointment but no response. He never responded. My wife was excited about the challenge and prospect of doing a fixer upper. James told us the owners were living in Florida and were at an age they could no longer do the work required to bring the house back to life.
