Talked to James Williams on Friday, he said he was busy with school duties, but could show me a house he had listed on Saturday. I called and left message, texted for an appointment but no response. He never responded. My wife was excited about the challenge and prospect of doing a fixer upper. James told us the owners were living in Florida and were at an age they could no longer do the work required to bring the house back to life. Refrain from booking their properties through Airbnb. Our stay was canceled yesterday afternoon due to their disorganization and simultaneous booking on another platform. Their behavior was extremely disrespectful. "The most they offered was, 'You'll need to address this with Airbnb.'" Disregard the fact that they eagerly accepted our money for the rental. The issue with Airbnb commenced at 3:30 PM ET, and we successfully resolved it by shortly after 8 PM ET. Do not rent from this exceedingly unprofessional group.
