Appalachian Heating & Cooling installed my heat pump about 10 years ago, and did a great job at that time. Since then, they've been my "go-to" when issues arise. When my in-laws had an issue, they were able to service their furnace the same day. When my mom had issues, they were able to fix, then years later, replace her heat pump.
